BOOKING CONDITIONS

(NOT VALID FOR GROUPS) to confirm your booking, 250 euros must be paid in advance , the rest is to be paid on the day of arrival, as well as € 100 deposit, which will be returned on the day of departure if there is no damage, lost keys ... etc.. If you do not deliver these amounts (whether in cash, in check,transfer or by credit card) upon arrival, it will not be possible to occupy the house.

CANCELLATION POLICY

(NOT VALID FOR GROUPS) At any time the user can cancel the services contracted with the right to be refunded the amounts paid for and by compensating the establishment with the following percentages of the deposit:

5% if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance.

40% if the cancellation is made between 30 and 15 days before.

60% if the cancellation is made between 15 and 7days before.

100% when made 7 days or less in advance.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

(NOT VALID FOR GROUPS) the booking will be maintained until 8 in the evening date of arrival. If the client does not check in and there is no communication for confirmation (phone, email, fax) starting at 20:00 we can have the room available for other customers .Check out time is 11:00 am

CHANGE OF HOUSE

1)in case of circumstances beyond our power (such as a flood, etc.) we will give the customer a house similar to the one booked. In Case the customer does not agree with the proposed alternative, you can cancel your reservation and will be refunded the amount paid.

2) in case there is less than 4 people interested in the sharing option, you may receive another accomodation.
