to confirm your booking, 30 percent must be paid in advance , the rest is to be paid on the day of arrival,

CANCELLATION POLICY(NOT VALID FOR GROUPS)

At any time the user can cancel the services contracted with the right to be refunded the amounts paid for and by compensating the establishment with the following percentages of the deposit:
5% if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance.
40% if the cancellation is made between 30 and 15 days before.
60% if the cancellation is made between 15 and 7days before.
100% when made 7 days or less in advance.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION (NOT VALID FOR GROUPS)

The booking will be maintained until 8 in the evening date of arrival. If the client does not check in and there is no communication for confirmation (phone, email, fax) starting at 20:00 we can have the room available for other customers .Check out time is 11:00 am

CHANGE OF DATES (NOT VALID FOR GROUPS)

Change of date may be made without penalty within the availability of the houses at least 20 days before arrival. If you wish to extend your reservation, as long as the availability permits, a percentage of the price of extra days must be paid in order to confirm the change. If you want to shorten your stay, let us know at least 20 days before the date of entry, with a penalty of 25% per day modified. We will not accept changes less than 20 days before arrival, so when entering the house you would have to pay the full amount .

CHANGE OF HOUSE

In case of circumstances beyond our power (such as a flood, etc.) we will give the customer a house similar to the one booked. In Case the customer does not agree with the proposed alternative, you can cancel your reservation and will be refunded the amount paid.

TO INCREASE OR DECREASE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE

If after making a reservation you want to INCREASE the number of people, this will be possible if not exceeding the maximum number of people allowed in the house. The cost of the reservation will be recalculated and you will have to pay a percentage of the price of the additional person to confirm the change; on the other hand, if you wish to decrease the number of people, the total price will not be changed.
