YOGA COURSES IN LANZAROTE

The last week of each month you have the opportunity to participate in the Sivananda Yoga courses are held at Casa Tomaren.
Spend a week personal growth both physically, mentally and spiritually and participate in a retreat from Sivananda Yoga intensive with a small group, stay in our home comfortably Kintamani.
Begin the day with a guided meditation to continue after two hours of Hatha Yoga, a class taught by qualified teachers that will help not only to improve their positions, if not also teach you to breathe in a conscious way. By mid-morning lunch is served, and healthy home cooking, preferably vegetarian, which reinforces the work done during the morning. The middle of the day took the opportunity to rest, know Lanzarote and perform some complementary therapies that we propose. In the afternoon we return to the group work with another two-hour session of yoga and ended the day with a meditation. In the evening a dinner will be served in frugal Comdeor.
Juices and teas available all day in the yoga room.
